Just thought I'd pop on to celebrate success with my virtual friends...
No competition this week - I think it was the kiss of death last week, and I have been justified in my opinion in that this week I have lost 1.4kg, based on my early evening weigh in.
Woo hoo! 3lbs a week is probably ideal.
Anyway, in other news, I now have an e-mail address on my profile. I hope you guys don't mind but I've set up a new one, rather than use my existing private e-mail, as I'm nervous about that one being on public display on my blog. I don't want to have to change it if it starts getting spammed to death, or I get stalked by Chris Evans or his disgruntled bloggers...
If you send me a mail there, I will vet you and if you pass muster I will send you a mail from my real private account so that we can stay in touch.

Haven't had a chance to read all of the above or all the posts next door - but I am very unimpressed with the negativity next door.
It has made me feel very deflated. Despite my bolshy and confident manner on the blog, I am really quite insecure and the negative comments have taken the wind out of my sails.
Moose - i did give you a vote of thanks yesterday - I only want you to have read it for you, It was only coming from 'little ol' me' but it was a thank you nevertheless.

It has been strange next door - I must read all the posts properly tomorrow - have been so busy at work....
I agree with you - I'm sure there are some of us who will carry on.
I am going to post an email address somewhere - if I can click on the right bit etc......and people can be in touch if they want - from here I mean - not the main blog.

I cannot believe the negativity pouring out from there. .... people who have just found Christof, and the schlog / blog and object to us being there established.
